NPC Outing - Wed., April 17th - Peterborough and surrounding area

Our second April outing will be to Peterborough and the surrounding area on Wednesday, April 17th.  We will take in some of the SPARK exhibits, go to the Liftlocks, follow the River Road to Lakefield, head on to Burleigh Falls and Bridgenorth, returning in time to go to Patricia Calder’s reception at the Monaghan Café (4-6 pm).  This is an ambitious schedule and we will do as much as we can.

Those wishing to carpool should meet at 11:45 at the HWY 28 carpark in Port Hope.  Those driving on their own could meet everyone at the Peterborough Library about 12:30. Sandra will make reservations for those who would like to stay in Peterborough for dinner at the Ashburnham Ale House where Barb Callander’s SPARK exhibit, Bear Necessities, is being shown. 

Please let Sandra know if you are going to car pool or meet in Peterborough and if you would like to be included for dinner reservations.  Bringing waterproof boots and snacks are advised.  Sandra will provide maps and directions for those who need them.
