Two NPC Outings for December

December 4th - T.H.E.E. Farmer Parade of Lights –Night Photography

This very popular event takes place on December 4th north of Bowmanville. T.H.E.E. Farmer Parade of Lights is an annual celebration of Christmas in the country with a parade of decorated farm equipment. The farmers from the community say thank you to friends and neighbours for sharing the roads, year round, with slow moving vehicles and farm machinery by lighting up the night with a gorgeous display of Christmas spirit. We will not be meeting together to attend this outing. You may need to park off the parade route. A flashlight may be handy for walking and seeing your camera settings. Please think about wearing something reflective. In the nearby area you may also want to check out the lights on the homes on Old Scugog Road (south of Taunton Rd.)
